Conflict in SQUID accessing via mozilla

ERROR
      The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered

.Connection Failed

The system returned
(110) connection timed out

The remote host or network may be down. please try to request again

I think this error is generated by squid not by Mozilla, better check that internet connection is working fine on the squid box or not !
