P2P port?

Hello good day, just want to ask on what port do (e.g kazaa,limewire or imesh and any other P2P file sharing) they use?

Or what IPs do I want to block so that these P2P file sharing cannot pass through my proxy server.

to block them through proxy server you have to find the server they uses, (you can find using search) also you have to find ports used by them.
