Dear friends

i am searching about to

multyhomed two dsl 256k into one for increase speed via squid cache

setup two router same lan with diffrent isp 10.0.0.1 and 10.0.0.2 attached to switch/hub of 34 squid/box is also attached

but problem is it fetch only one gateway not both

how it deals the both gateway
lan 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0
router 10.0.0.1
router 10.0.0.2
squid 10.0.0.3

and client is 10.0.0.4 10.0.0.255

i want every client get the both routers same time via squid

note:- not load balancing -by load balancing we have to destribute sets in two halfs -for either router
i want both router to combine in one and reached to every client -with failover

yes i understand but why if i learn some thing and earn some money with it

why not i share it

and rewards and gifts are to increase the intrest
even a silver coin of 20 rupies given to student in red ribon valued

so if i get the work out from any student i pay him as reward

Q is how to multyhomed two diffrent isp with router s diffrent addresses

to make one broad pipe

I recived two workouts about using two isp in one squid box with failover
from the web linuxpakistan.net
i am just trying to check it if it work i will post here with senders permision

it works but it works just a failover and not increase of bandwith
i clearly cote that i need to glue to gether to increase and make 256k+256k a broad pipe of 512
so please check your self before sending

DEAR FRIENDS HERE IS ONE OF THE SOLUTION WHERE YOU CAN USE 2 LINKS AS YOU SAID LIKE BROAD PIPE

ANOTHER SOLUTION IS IF YOU ALL HAVE LAYER 3 SWITCH YOU CAN DO ETHER CHANNELING AND ACHIEVE MULTIPLE ISP BONDING. MEAN MAKING MULTI IN TO ONE.
