as I told u earlier, I don't have experience with suse yet, in suse it overrides netfilter's setting by its own firewall program so you probably needs to add rules there for redirecting the port 80 request to squid.

Dear sir thank you for your reply back how ever i will done it but you want me to redirect port 80 on firewall , where can i go to config on suse if i want to restart or stop  firewall i go to
 #/etc/initd/Susefirewall_final stop

so where can you tell me how to configure firewall ?
