Managing Logs in squid
« on: July 11, 2005, 04:31:19 PM »
Hi all

I want to stop the automatic rotating of my log files in squid. every sunday my access.log is zipped into access.log.1.gz and new access.log is created. Can any one help me to stop this and control this manually.

This must be done by cron job, see cron job list and disable that..

BTW.. prior to this I saw many question about log files asking how I can rotate and here you are saying not to rotate.. I suggest you that its better that way.
