Hello,
Is there a particular forum here for announcing a website for Linux distribution on DVDs?
Also, I have started a poll to get an idea about your choice of media (CD or DVD) for Linux distribution. Please do vote your preference.
Thanks in advance for your response :)

Thanks Ricky :)
DVD is enclosed in a DVD box, securly packed, and couriered via DTDC (http://www.dtdc.biz), with tracking number sent by email, so receiver can track the delivery online.
I have been selling via Baazee.com also, feedback and rating recived till now can be viewed here : http://www.baazee.com/jsp/BaazeeId.jsp?User_UserId=20858702

i think CD should be better option cause .... think about people who use little old computers... they will not be able to use DVD on their computer....
most students use LINUX on old computers...

yes baby_penguin, you are right. Most old computers would not support DVDs. buylinuxdvd.com offers same distros on CDs as well as DVD. DVDs have advantages too, they take less space to store ( 1 DVD is equivalent to 6+ CDs) and there is no hassle of swapping CDs to install big distros like debian! So there is need for both DVDs and CDs. I am curious if DVDs are catching on or not yet? I am waiting for dual layer DVDs (with almost 9GB of space on single media!) to become common so I can cram all my LiveCD distros on to one DVD
