how do I configure QoS and Bandwidth management on my mandrake 9.1 box.

You have two option. a. Use iptables...
b. Use squid...

If you decide to use iptables then it is better that you find a online tutorial for iptables.. as it will be benificial to you!! or use squid.. with delay pools.

You can setup a proxy & do QoS managemnet :-P

you can pick up a couple of tutorials on diong both on The Linux Documentation Project's website http://www.tldp.org/
