Squirrelmail makes a fine thing to do monitoring ingoing and outgoing mail for me here. I was able to trace what are the mails going out by my users.
However, for monitoring/grabbing all the mails from outside world users, haahah, it can be done using a scripting language. My current configurations are using Qmail .

Please, elaborate to me exactly about the use of your squirremail when it comes to monitoring. and about monitoring/grabbing all mails in the outside world with script language.
I want to use in my office to securely see my personnels email, so that I may know that it is all for business. not for personal use.
thanks, and regards.
