Title: kernel panic running out of memory

hi buddy
i had restart the system and i had aprobelm" KERNEL PANIC-RUNNING OUT OF MEMORY"
AND IF I RESTART 4 OR 5 TIMES IT WILL BOOT
give me solution

Try use a rescue cd or use sysrescueCD to do diagnosis.

1. Filesystem checks.
2. Try mount the partitions of your disks.
3. Chroot into your disk's root partitions.
4. Try run a few commands to see if anything breaks.
5. Check your grub conf file in /boot.
