Title: Configuring iBurst modem

I have recently installed Ubuntu Karmic Koala on my old desktop. I am impressed with Ubuntu so far, but have 1 problem:

I cannot get my iBurst USB internet modem to work, and thus cannot get the full benefit of Ubuntu.My question, therefore, is how to get my iBurst modem to work.
