Title: Squid Box replies request time out

I am using two squid servers in my network having 10.0.0.0 and 192.1680.0 network the last network in on transparent proxy but the first is on manual proxy.  My 192.168.0.0 proxy box some time gave request time out to the clients and then starts works.
