Title: USB Modem Installation

I have a Tata Indicom USB MOdem which i used to use in Windows for using internet and downloading.
 Now i have shifted to LInux - Ubuntu 8.04.
 I want to install this USB Modem in Ubuntu so that i can use it.
Can you help me?
