Title: Configuring HSP56 Micromodem 688T in fedora 7
Post by: akashyak on August 11, 2007, 07:57:02 AM
Hello everyone!

2 days ago, I switched myself to Fedora 7, after removing Ubuntu and Win xp. Now where can I start in order to install my said modem (HSP56 micromodem 688T of oasis chipset) ?

There are no drivers readily available on http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink for a modem like mine. Can you be knowing some other place on the web offering such drivers ?

My kernel is 2.6.20-2925.9.fc7xen

http://open.nit.ca/ doesnot offer any good help in this issue.. so can you people help me ?
