Title: How to increase speed of internet on Dialup connection !!

Hello,
I am having Dialup internet connection (ISDN) . I have a small LAN. Now is there any way to increase permance of internet . ie. on internet I have seen lots of thing like modem booster etc. but all are for M$ windows plateform.  Is there something like this in Linux Also ?

Well,
  U can do so actually. Some people call it network/bandwidth shaper.

   There are 2 ways i know to do so. One is "shapecfg" and another is "cbq"
