 plz tell how to install the xmms or mplayer for in RHEL4

U dont need to install XMMS player as that is inbuild in that...
If its not then download rpm package of that from Internet .and give  this command
#rpm -ivh packagename
Where packagename is the name of package u have downloaded :
if its tar.gz then just give this command
#tar -xvzf packagename
or Just search in google to install tar.gz package..

To play Video ...movieplayer  is   the best .or use helix player..

hai friend,
                 i know install method rpm's&binary filesbut i need xine or
mplayer for RHEL4............any use those plz inform me.....

well.. download from here. Its command line version.
http://rpm.greysector.net/yum/4/i386/mplayer-1.0pre7try2-2.i386.rpm
