Title: proxy squidTCP_DENIED/403 1421

i have squid 2.5 stable 4
when  i run it i have this error
TCP_DENIED/403 1421

if somebody can guive me basic squid.conf file which work that will really help me thanks

You are right .. this error is due to misconfiguration... Well give a look to this tutorial.. your most of the questions are already answered there.. :)
