From a linux forum I would have expected everything here to fall under copyleft, instead I find the following text "Copyright © MGCyber Group All Rights Reserved"

Surely that is an oversight???

Well there are some rules of thumb which have to be followed, you know legal stuff 8) !!!  you can see and check out that even biggest GNU project is Copyright by someone!

Hope that is what you were on doubt !
