Title: Bootloader hell!
Post by: ruan567 on January 06, 2005, 01:13:01 PM
Hi

I installed Windows 98 on one partition, then proceeded to install windows xp on another. Both Fat32. So the windows bootloader gives you the option to choose any of the two flavours. Now, after I installed mandrake 10, grub first loads (it picks up both windows partitions), but no matter which windows distribution I choose, the windows bootloader also pops up afterwards. I would like to know how to get rid of the windows bootloader completely, and just use grub to boot the three different operating systems directly.

Anybody have any ideas?

Regards
Ruan
